After 2 and a half years I have hung up the pasta machine, well not really but I have decided to pull the pin on the Italian Cooking Lessons as I have opened a New Italian restaurant in Highton. It is taking up all my time, so unfortunately I am not able to continue the cooking lessons, but you can still enjoy my delicious fresh pasta and my mum's cooking at my restaurant. Of course, If you want to cook up a storm at home, you can purchase one of my mum's or even my nonna's recipes and enjoy authentic Italian cooking at home. Buon appetito. !!!
